The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks opportunities to co-create, and collaborate in the research, testing and scaling of innovative solutions that will advance climate action with a focus on girls’ education. OPEC Fund for International Development — Young Professional Development Program
The Young Professional Development Program (YPDP) is a two-year program designed to prepare young professionals from OPEC Fund member countries for a career in global development. The themes include poverty reduction, energy and sustainable development, environment, and other related science and technology fields. YPDP offers training, coaching and mentoring, the opportunity to experience different departments and access to professional networks. U.S. Mission to Indonesia — Summit for Young Leaders in Southeast Asia
The U.S. Mission to Indonesia seeks a local partner to organize and host the annual Indonesia Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Summit 2023. The award recipient will be responsible for planning, organizing, and administering the youth-focused summit to take place in-person in Jakarta or Bali, in December 2023. Asian Forest Cooperation Organization — Landmark Scholarship Program
The Asian Forest Cooperation Organization (AFoCO) calls for applications for the “2023-2024 Landmark Scholarship Program”. AFoCO will select one candidate for doctoral degree course and three candidates for a master’s degree course. Applicants must be citizens of ASEAN Member Countries, namely Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand or Vietnam. Australian Government — Direct Aid Program: Pacific
The Australian Government supports small-scale sustainable development projects and activities in the fields of agriculture; water and sanitation; and others. The Direct Aid Program will support activities for sustainable community development in Micronesia, Palau, and the Marshall Islands. The maximum funding limit is US$20 per project for 12 months. The U.S. Government announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects that advance environmental journalism in Southeast Asia. Projects may have a duration of up to 48 months and should have an impact that leads to reforms. Applicants can request grants between US$740 thousand and US$1.4 million.
