The Disaster Resilience in the Compact Nations (RESILIENCE) is a five-year USAID program that aims to improve the local capacity to prepare for natural disasters. The European Commission seeks to identify and finance projects aimed at strengthening cooperation within Europe on disaster prevention and preparedness.
