The Prince Albert II Foundation is dedicated to the protection of the environment and the promotion of sustainable development on a global scale. Currently, the Foundation calls for projects in 4 thematic areas: forest conservation through local and indigenous action; strengthening arctic and antarctic marine protected areas; coastal and marine solutions; and other projects that relate to climate change, biodiversity, or water preservation. Society for Marine Mammalogy — Research Grants for Field Research 2024

The Society for Marine Mammalogy makes grants to its members who are nationals of emerging and developing countries. Grants are for up to US$2 thousand for field research by early-career researchers. U.S. Government — Small Grants Program to Address Plastic Pollution

The U.S. Government seeks an implementing partner to develop and manage a small grants program to increase public participation in reducing plastic pollution and improving management of plastic waste across the lifecycle of plastics. The U.S. Government welcomes applications from U.S.-based and foreign non-profit organizations, institutions of higher education, and for-profit organizations or businesses. Greater Mekong Subregion Secretariat — Call for Demonstration Proposals

The GMS Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Program invites applications for pilot demonstration projects. Demonstration proposals from the following themes are accepted: Climate and disaster resilience; Low-carbon transitions; Transboundary climate-smart landscapes; Digital technology for climate actions and environmental sustainability; Financing low-carbon and climate-resilient infrastructure and technology. The call for proposals is directed at GMS countries including Cambodia, China, Lao PDR, Thailand, and Vietnam. Canada Fund for Local Initiatives — Community Projects in Jamaica

The Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) invites proposals that meet the needs of local communities in Jamaica. CFLI provides funding to projects that create income- earning opportunities for women (which may also include rural agricultural development). The average contribution is C$10 thousand to C$25 thousand per project. Eligibility extends to not-for-profit local, national or community-based organizations. Flywire Charitable Foundation — Scholarship Program

The Flywire Charitable Foundation aims to improve equality, access and affordability for underrepresented individuals and communities. For the 2023 academic year, sixteen scholarships of US$5,000 each will be awarded. The Environmental Sustainability scholarship recognizes students who work to protect the environment and pioneer sustainability initiatives.
