Save Our Seas Foundation — Keystone Grants 2024

The Save Our Seas Foundation funds and supports marine and ocean research, conservation, and education projects worldwide. Projects have to focus on charismatic threatened wildlife and their habitats, with a particular concern for marine chondrichthyan species (sharks, rays, skates, sawfishes, and chimaeras). UNESCO — Designated Sites in Europe and North America

The UNESCO Regional Bureau for Science and Culture in Europe launches a call for applications for UNESCO-designated sites in Europe and North America. Eligible UNESCO sites are Biosphere Reserves, Global Geoparks, and Natural and Mixed World Heritage sites. German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy — Women in Wind

The Women in Wind Global Leadership Program aims to advance the role of women in driving the energy transition and promote best practices within the wind industry. Applicants are citizens from China, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Morocco, Philippines, Senegal, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, or Vietnam. Successful applicants will be matched with mentors and participate in a comprehensive program from June 2024 to February 2025. The application deadline is 10 May 2024. Canada Fund for Local Initiatives — Community Projects in Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Honduras

The Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) invites proposals that meet the needs of local communities in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Honduras. CFLI provides funding to projects that implement environment and climate action projects focusing on adaptation and mitigation, water management, and other thematic priorities. The average contribution is C$35 thousand to C$45 thousand per project. Eligibility extends to not-for-profit local, national, or community-based organizations. Schneider Electric Foundation — Youth Innovation for a Sustainable Future Program

The Schneider Electric Foundation launches the Youth Innovation for a Sustainable Future Program which aspires to select the most impactful and innovative 25 youth projects across 5 continents. The program is designed for organizations whose main mission is a social purpose, existing for more than a year. In each continent, the best project will receive €30 thousand. International Water Association — Digital Water Summit 2024

The International Water Association (IWA) announces the third edition of its Digital Water Summit, which will take place on 12-14 November 2024 in Bilbao, Spain. African Development Bank — Innovators Program

The AfriCircular Innovators Program supports young entrepreneurs by providing extensive support tailored to startups in the circular economy sector. Selected entrepreneurs receive grant funding for market exploration and product development. The program is designed for entrepreneurs who are at the early stage of their entrepreneurial journey.
