Under this call, the EU seeks to support research, science, technology, and innovation proposals with focus on sustainable development and poverty reduction. The overall goal is to create an inclusive environment for Research and Innovation in ACP countries. Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between €4 million and €4.2 million. The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) seeks proposals for grants to implement inclusive red meat value chains for women and youth farmers in Eastern and Southern Africa. European Commission — Sustainable and Organic Food Systems
The ERA-NET SUSFOOD2 and CORE Organic Cofunds (SF/CO) launches a joint call for transnational research project proposals on sustainable and organic food systems. The call aims to reinforce research cooperation between EU members and associated states to develop more sustainable food systems from production to consumption. The maximum budget is €1.5 million per research proposal. The call is open to research consortia comprised of a minimum of 3 independent legal entities from a minimum of 3 different SF/CO partner countries. South Asian Network for Development and Environmental Economics — Research on Forest Restoration in South Asia
SANDEE invites concept notes for research projects in the area of environmental and resource economics relating to the development of South Asia and the Hindu Kush-Himalayan Region. SANDEE has particular interest in research proposals on forest restoration. Grants will range between US$20 thousand and US$30 thousand. Larger grants for multidisciplinary teams and transboundary issues are possible.
