Startupbootcamp provides access to funding, supporting the development of innovative solutions across sectors such as vertical farming, regenerative agriculture, food supply chain optimization, agritech hardware, sustainable packaging, alternative proteins, precision agriculture, food waste reduction, and agri-fintech. The accelerator supports startups developing solutions with the potential to address some of the world’s most pressing challenges. Participants have access to a 3-month in-person accelerator designed to enable growth at speed, and €25 thousand cash investment per startup to cover expenses during the program, plus €100 thousand in-kind services. United Nations — Tourism Innovation Challenge
The UN Tourism Social Innovation Challenge calls on startups, scaleups, and entrepreneurs globally to propose tech-driven solutions in three categories—Community-based Tourism, Inclusivity & Accessibility, and Green Projects. Science for People and Nature Partnership — Critical Conservation Challenges
In support of the United Nations agenda on sustainable development, the Science for People and Nature Partnership (SNAPP) aims to find solutions for problems at the interface of economic development, nature conservation, and human well-being. SNAPP operates through working groups that represent 200 institutions from more than 30 countries. SNAPP provides up to US$1 million total across 4-6 working groups. Proposals are invited from researchers and practitioners of any nationality affiliated with an academic, governmental, multilateral, or non-profit institution. The Lighthouse Foundation promotes science and research, teaching, culture, and the principles of environmentalism and international development in relation to the world’s seas and oceans. World Food Programme — Climate Adaptation
The WFP Innovation Accelerator aims to identify, support, and scale high-impact innovations that enhance climate adaptation in Nepal, Pakistan and the Philippines. The World Food Programme invites applications from innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers with groundbreaking solutions that drive resilience, enhance climate adaptability, and promote sustainable development in affected communities. The program offers funding of up to US$120 thousand for seed-stage or US$200 thousand for growth-stage solutions. UK PACT — Nature-Based Solutions in Kenya
The Kenya–UK PACT accepts proposals for high-impact, demand-informed Nature-Based Solutions projects that support Kenya’s just climate transition and align with national priorities. The call is open to not-for-profit organizations (including think tanks, NGOs, academic institutions, and community groups). Funding ranges from £400 thousand to £650 thousand per project. International Fund for Agricultural Development — Livestock and Communities

The Water Research Foundation Tailored Collaboration Program is a matching research initiative designed to support utility-specific or regional challenges that research can help to solve. CIFAR — Global Scholars
The CIFAR Azrieli Global Scholars program provides funding, skills training, mentorship, and opportunities for research collaboration. CIFAR invites early-career researchers pursuing the most exciting and important research questions across the natural, biomedical and social sciences and the humanities to join an interdisciplinary research program. As part of the program, scholars receive C$100 thousand in unrestricted research support over two years. To be eligible for this program, applicants must hold a PhD (or equivalent) and be within the first five years of starting a full-time research position at an institution of higher education or research.
