European Commission — Development of Climate Change Risk Assessments
The European Commission seeks proposals for development of climate change risk assessments in European regions and communities. The project is expected to develop an operational more advanced multi-risk assessment framework tool, enhance adaptive capacity of communities and reduce vulnerability to climate change. Compassion in World Farming International — Farm Animals in Asia
Compassion in World Farming International accepts applications for three different types of grants to organizations who are invested in improving farm animal welfare in Indonesia, Japan or South Korea. Training Grants (US$4,000) to support individuals and organizations in growing their capacity, Organization Development Grants (US$7,000) to establish or expand the ability to advocate for farm animals, and Campaigning Grants (US$9,000) to cover the costs of delivering campaigns which advocate for regional, national or local government action.
