Ernest Kleinwort Charitable Trust — Medium Grants for Conservation 2026
The Ernest Kleinwort Charitable Trust makes grants to charities working in the area of wildlife and environmental conservation in the UK and internationally. The international grants are primarily for conservation projects in the developing world. The applying organization has to be a charity registered in the UK. Applicants may request medium grants (up to £10 thousand). Rainforest Trust — Creating New Protected Areas
The Rainforest Trust partners with local conservation organizations to create new protected areas and expand existing ones for Critically Endangered and Endangered species. The Initiative invites applications for conservation partnerships from nonprofit entities and NGOs for projects in tropical Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Applying organizations may submit proposals for either a land purchase or a protected area designation. Applications to create new protected areas are reviewed three times per year. The Australia and Pacific Science Foundation (APSF) makes research grants in ecology, biodiversity, and life sciences in Australia and the Southwest Pacific region. The Mitsubishi Corporation Foundation for the Americas (MCFA) makes grants to nonprofit charitable organizations in Canada, the USA, and Latin America for biodiversity conservation, sustainable development, environmental justice, and environmental education. World Parrot Trust and Natural Encounters Conservation Fund — Parrot Conservation Grants Program 2025
The Parrot Conservation Grants Program invites applications. The purpose of this funding is to implement conservation projects for parrots currently threatened with global extinction. Charity Entrepreneurship — Incubation Program on How to Start a Charity
Charity Entrepreneurship accepts applications for a two-month, fully cost-covered boot camp open to individuals who want to create, start, and operate an effective charity. The Incubation Program covers management, fundraising, impact analysis, and hands-on knowledge of established non-profit organizations. New organizations will receive seed grants of up to US$200 thousand in addition to legal support, and connections to donors, mentors, and potential employees. The Aspire Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation accepts applications from national and regional non-profit organizations working to address social, environmental, and economic challenges across the African Continent. International Fund for Agricultural Development — Macadamia Nut Export Value Chain
IFAD launches an EOI to partner with food, agriculture, or trading companies interested in supporting Rwanda’s macadamia nut producers. The goal is to build sustainable export value chain linkages by combining private sector resources with smallholder production, improving livelihoods and adoption of sustainable practices.
