The 2019 ASEAN-U.S. Science Prize for Women seeks to identify and recognize ASEAN-based, early to mid-career women who are using applied sciences in the theme of the “Circular Economy”. The top two finalists will be invited to compete in a pitch competition during an ASEAN Ministerial event in Singapore in October 2019. The overall winner will receive $20 thousand. The European Commission to strengthen the capacity of civil society organisations in Kenya in addressing the conflicts revolving around land tenure and access to natural resource. Belmont Forum — Climate, Environment and Health
The Belmont Forum, in collaboration with Future Earth, invites proposals for research projects. Research consortia should make use of transdisciplinary approaches to investigate and fill knowledge gaps for a better understanding of links between climate change, environment, and health impacts. Research consortia must include at least three participating partner organizations established in three different countries. Participating organizations under this call are established in the following countries: China, Côte d’Ivoire, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, UK, and USA.
