The Rapid Response Facility is designed to deliver rapid conservation funding in times of crisis, with a focus on protecting UNESCO’s natural World Heritage sites and potential sites. Eligibility for grants extends to agencies legally responsible for site management; registered local, national, and international NGOs; and the private sector. Melania Development Foundation — Support to Grassroots Womens’ Groups
Melania focuses on self-help projects that contribute to the improvement of the social, economic, and cultural position of women in Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America. Projects have to focus on income-generating activities, which may include agriculture (e.g., chicken farming, beekeeping, aquaculture, etc.) and several others. Participants will have access to two workshops and receive tailored mentorship from green job practitioners and experts. Earth Journalism Network — Biodiversity Story Grants 2025
The Earth Journalism Network (EJN) makes reporting grants to support the production of in-depth stories that highlight previously untold threats to global biodiversity or explore new conservation-based solutions. Applications are open to journalists working in any medium (online, print, television, radio) and other expert media practitioners with experience in investigative reporting and covering environmental issues. The Network only accepts applications for stories focused on countries classified as low- or middle-income by the World Bank. ENJ expects to award story grants of up to €1.000 to €2.000 each.
