Photographers Without Borders — Revolutionary Storyteller Grant

The Revolutionary Storyteller Grant supports revolutionary storytellers across all fields. Five recipients will be awarded US$5,000 to support the creation of an impactful photography project, a video, and a community exhibition. Reckitt — Lead2030 Challenge for SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation)

The Young One World Lead2030 Challenge for SDG 6 seeks to support solutions that work to achieve access to adequate and equitable sanitation and hygiene for all, paying special attention to the needs of rural communities in developing economies. The challenge welcomes solutions from young innovators (18-30 years old). The winner will receive a US$50 thousand project startup grant and 12 months of mentorship from Reckitt professionals. British Academy — International Fellowships Program

The International Fellowships Program provides support for early-career researchers to establish and conduct their research in the UK. Applicants may apply for research expenses of up to £12 thousand and relocation costs of up to £8 thousand. The applicant must have a PhD and hold a citizenship other than the UK. Village Capital — Greentech Europe

Village Capital launches an investment readiness program to support gender-diverse ventures creating sustainable economic, environmental, and social solutions across Europe. The program currently accepts 50 additional startups to participate in an online, self-paced investment-readiness curriculum. The program will run for twelve weeks. Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis, through 18 March 2024. Greentech Europe

King Baudouin Foundation — Access to Water

The King Baudouin Foundation supports projects of Belgian organizations working in countries in the southern hemisphere to improve access to water. The Elisabeth and Amélie Fund supports initiatives in Africa, Latin America, and Asia to improve local community access to water sustainably. The 2024 call focuses on school sanitation projects with a hygiene education component. The foundation provides funding of up to €50 thousand. Industrial Development Cooperation — Green Tourism Incentive Program

The Industrial Development Cooperation (IDC) seeks applications for the Green Tourism Incentive Program (GTIP). The key objective is to encourage privately owned tourism enterprises in South Africa to adopt responsible tourism practices by installing solutions to reduce their energy and water consumption and costs. The Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area (PRIMA) launches a new call for proposals. Projects should focus on sustainable water management to combat land degradation and desertification and promote ecosystem restoration. Up to four projects will receive up to €4.1 million each for 36 months. The Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area (PRIMA) supports projects under the following topics: (1) Water Management, (2) Farming Systems, (3) and Agri-food Value Chain. Water projects should focus on alleviating Mediterranean water scarcity through adaptive water governance. Farming projects need to demonstrate field practices based on agroecological practices to increase ecosystem services and biodiversity, adapt the small farming systems to climate change, and to increase farmers’ incomes.
