Ventures For Sustainability — Fellowship Program

The Ventures for Sustainability Fellowship Program is an 8-week long regional incubation virtual program that offers capacity building and provides hands-on experience with creating impactful small grass-root level projects in the South Asia region. Successful fellows are provided with different types of learning and training seminars. Applicants from the following South Asian countries can apply: Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network — Youth Solutions Program

The Youth Solutions Program provides young innovators with access to experts, training, and exposure to opportunities. You have an innovative solution that addresses one or more of the SDGs. The UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network seeks early-stage startups that have a prototype and are actively testing with users or beneficiaries. Udaan Youth Club Tyodhi — YouthLeadG20 Fellowship Program

The YouthLeadG20 Fellowship Program is a virtual forum for young changemakers to share their opinion around the possibilities of India’s G20 Presidency and youth-related focus areas, including Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction, among others. Selected fellows will be promoted to YouthLeadG20 ambassador in their countries, certification and direct consideration for similar opportunities. Canada Fund for Local Initiatives — Community Projects in Argentina

The Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) invites proposals that meet the needs of local communities in Argentina. CFLI provides funding to projects that implement environment and climate action projects focusing on adaptation and mitigation, and water management, among other thematic priorities. The average contribution for each project is C$30 thousand. Eligibility extends to not-for-profit local, national or community-based organizations. The deadline for submission is 12 February 2023. Earth Journalism Network — Reporting on Marine Pollution

The Earth Journalism Network (EJN) offers reporting grants to journalists worldwide to support the production of in-depth stories on the sources and impacts of different forms of marine pollution and solutions to curb them. EJN welcomes story ideas that focus on marine pollution – its sources, impacts on ecosystems and marine species; and ongoing efforts to regulate sources of marine pollution. Siemenpuu Foundation — Energy Justice

The Siemenpuu Foundation promotes the systemic transition towards sustainability, meaning the dismantling of fossil and otherwise unsustainable modes of production, distribution and consumption of energy. Siemenpuu aims to support work that advocates just and environmentally sustainable energy systems, and promotes community-based renewable energy for marginalized rural communities. The Bridge International — Funding for Social Entrepreneurs

The Bridge International (TBI), a non-profit organization based in South Korea, seeks social entrepreneurs in Asia and Africa who wish to participate in The Global Bridging Fund 2023. Selected enterprises will get seed funds of up to US$5,000 as a 0% interest loan. Registration is open for all social entrepreneurs in Asia and Africa. Swedish Institute — Management Program Africa

The Swedish Institute Management Program (SIMP) seeks responsible leadership and sustainable business practices. Applicants should be interested in topics such as business impact on the environment, diversity and inclusion in the workplace as well as financial strategies for sustainable development. Entrepreneurs between 25-45 years old from Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda or Zambia are invited to apply. Swedish Institute — Management Program Asia

The Swedish Institute Management Program (SIMP) Asia seeks ambitious and innovative leaders who want to learn more about sustainable business practices. The international leadership program offers proven tools and knowledge from experts with the goal to help participants to develop and implement an action-oriented sustainability strategy. The Swedish Institute covers the cost of training and content for all participants. Participants of the SIMP program will be selected from both businesses and organizations.
