UK Royal Society — International Exchanges 2025

The Royal Society’s International Exchanges Scheme makes grants to scientists based in the UK who seek new international collaborations. The scheme covers all areas of life and physical sciences, except clinical medicine. Applicants may request up to £12 thousand for travel to/from all countries outside the UK. Royal Society of Biology — Photography Competition

The Royal Society of Biology invites amateurs to submit photographs that show the efforts, challenges and wins restoring biodiversity and habitat. The winners receive cash prizes of up to £1,000. The Pollination Project — Seed Capital for Community Projects Worldwide

The Pollination Project offers seed funding of up to US$1 thousand to compassion-driven individuals, informally organized groups and organizations, and formally registered or incorporated non-profit organizations based anywhere in the world. UNESCO — Environmental Sustainability and Climate Action

The Youth Impact: Because You Matter initiative seeks to support young people to help their communities through climate action and environmental sustainability initiatives, by providing them with resources and skills necessary to implement their innovative projects. Project leaders worldwide will receive US$ 8,500 each and one-to-one mentorship to implement their projects. Project proposals can be submitted until 08 April 2025. Details

Arizona State University — Competition for Women Social Entrepreneurs

The WE Empower UN SDG Challenge is a global competition for women social entrepreneurs who are advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The challenge honors innovative women entrepreneurs, invests in the most inspiring and transformational ideas, and ignites awareness. Awardees will participate in a dynamic pitch competition to present their business for the opportunity to receive a US$20 thousand grant. United Nations — Leaders for Sustainable Development

The Young Leaders for the SDGs initiative recognizes young people who are leading efforts to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The initiative offers Young Leaders a range of benefits designed to support and amplify their impact. One Young World — IUCN World Conservation Congress

One Young World provides scholarships to global changemakers to participate in the IUCN World Conservation Congress 2025 in Abu Dhabi. Participants will join global leaders and have the opportunity to present their entrepreneurial solutions to influential decision-makers. Applicants should be between 18 and 35 years and have demonstrated leadership and experience in developing and implementing environmental action projects in the fields of nature conservation, biodiversity, climate change, and / or sustainable development. Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences — International Awards for Young Agricultural Researchers 2025

The Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences (JIRCAS) and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) of Japan make research awards in agriculture. Up to three young agricultural researchers with outstanding research proposals in agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and related themes will receive US$5 thousand each to further their research. Applicants must be nationals of a developing country, and belong to a non-Japanese research institute or a non-Japanese university. Candidates need to be younger than age 40 to be eligible. Women in Food and Agriculture — Mentorship Program

The Women in Food and Agriculture (WFA) and Alltech invite applications to the 2025 Mentorship Program from agri-food professionals from around the world.
