UNU-WIDER (World Institute for Development Economics Research) invites applications for its PhD research internship program in Helsinki, Finland. ETH Zurich — Doctoral Mentorship Program
ETH for Development (ETH4D) provides grants for mentoring doctoral candidates. The mentorship entails remote support of doctoral candidates in low- and lower-middle-income countries as well as a research stay of 1-3 months at ETH Zurich. The grant covers expenses up to a maximum of CHF 15 thousand. Eligibility extends to doctoral candidates who are registered at a university or research institute in any low- or middle-income country. United Nations — Climate Ambition Accelerator
The United Nations Global Compact invites companies participating in the UN Global Compact to join the 2025 Climate Ambition Accelerator. This six-month programme aims to (1) equip businesses with the knowledge and skills to set science-based emissions reduction targets aligned with the 1.5°C pathway and (2) support their journey towards achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. Participants will benefit from global best practices, peer-to-peer learning, practical activities, capacity-building sessions, and on-demand training. The U.S. Department of State invites proposal submissions for the Young Leaders of the Americas (YLAI) Fellowship Program.
