Tzedek is a Jewish charitable organization aiming to reduce extreme poverty, focusing on grassroots projects in Africa and Asia. Tzedek supports local NGOs with the aim to develop partnerships to secure livelihoods of the poorest and most disadvantaged. The Overseas Project Team (OPT) operates Tzedek’s Partnership Project Grants scheme. The Great Ape Conservation Fund (Asia) is open to project proposals for the conservation of orangutans and gibbons throughout their ranges in Asia. About 15-20 grants will be awarded, ranging from US$50 thousand to a maximum of US$500 thousand. Ecologia aims to build global connections that create civil society and support environmental, human health, and economic sustainability.
