Earth Journalism Network — Oceanic Crime and Ecoviolence

The Earth Journalism Network (EJN) seeks to support investigations that result in increased reporting about deep blue sea crimes, for example, overfishing, illegal fishing, or transnational violence. EJN can award up to €4000 thousand per investigative project. Applications are open to journalists working in any medium (online, print, television, radio) and other expert media practitioners with professional reporting experience. Applicants may come from any country bordering the Mediterranean Sea. Applications have to be submitted by 31 March 2023. Link to EJN’s Mediterranean Media Initiative
