The European Commission (EC) aims to empower civil society in the Pacific Island countries to influence policy and decision making processes. The priority areas for this call for proposals are community adaptation and resilience to climate change, economic empowerment (e.g., preserving economic livelihoods through small-scale farming), and supporting youth.
