The Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF) invites letters of inquiry from local civil society organizations to support biodiversity conservation in Cambodia, China, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. This funding phase focuses on empowering community-led management of key biodiversity areas and improving the conservation status of priority species. CEPF intends to make small grants of US$50 thousand and large grants of up to US$250 thousand. Eligible applicants include non-governmental organizations, indigenous peoples’ organizations, community groups, and other local civil society entities headquartered in the hotspot.
