The Australian Embassy in Zimbabwe invites applications for its Direct Aid Program (DAP) to support small-scale development projects that deliver tangible humanitarian outcomes. Registered non-profit organizations, community groups, and non-governmental organizations working in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and the Republic of Congo are eligible to apply. The program prioritizes initiatives focusing on gender equality, community health, youth empowerment, or sustainable livelihoods through agriculture and water resources management. Grants are available for a maximum of AUD$60 thousand (approximately US$40 thousand) for projects implemented over a maximum of one year. The deadline for applications is 13 July 2026.
