Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations — World Food Day Poster Contest (Age 5-19)

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FOA) calls on children and teens from all over the world (ages 5 to 19) to use their imagination and create a poster of their water action for food. “Rights to foods” explores how we should all be able to enjoy nutritious food so that we can grow and live an active life. Winners will be promoted by FAO offices around the world and receive a surprise gift bag. Entries have to be submitted by 07 November 2025. Submit a poster

Turtle Conservation Fund — Research and Conservation of Tortoises and Freshwater Turtles

The Turtle Conservation Fund (TCF) makes grants to organizations and individuals worldwide for the conservation and research of endangered and critically endangered tortoises and freshwater turtles. TCF lists priority species. Most regular grants are US$2 thousand to US$5 thousand per project. The Fund also makes seed grants of US$1 thousand or less. Efico Foundation — Support for Coffee Producers

EFICO Foundation supports coffee farmers and their families through training and education programs, sustainable income increase, resilience for climate change, infrastructure support, and natural resource protection. About every 3 years, the Foundation organizes a project initiation round and funds projects that aim to improve the living conditions of coffee producers and their communities. Preference is given to projects having a clear strategy to become self-sustaining and creating a leverage effect. Applicants receive a full application form after contact. Efico Foundation

Nagao Natural Environment Foundation — Nature Conservation Scholarships for Students from Asia

The NEF Scholarship Scheme financially supports university students from Southeast Asia who study nature conservation (e.g., biology, botany, forestry, etc) at selected universities and institutes in Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Lao PDR, Cambodia, and the Philippines. Furthermore, scholarship recipients can attend the NEF Student International Workshop. Participants attend lectures, present their own research, visit research facilities, and practice research skills in the field related to nature conservation. Eligibility requirements vary by country, therefore, interested applicants are required to contact the NEF local counterpart representative in their country for application guidelines.
