Women in Food and Agriculture — Mentorship Program

The Women in Food and Agriculture (WFA) and Alltech invite applications to the 2025 Mentorship Program from agri-food professionals from around the world. The mentorship program provides educational and supportive sessions as well as aid networking among all participants. The program welcomes people of all career and education levels. Paradise Wildlife Park — Grants for Conservation Projects

Paradise Wildlife Park offers short-term grants for conservation projects around the world. The maximum amount available is £1000 per project. Funding can cover fieldwork for students and researchers. The applying organization must be based in the species range country. The application deadline is 30 June 2025. Paradise Wildlife Park

Zayed Sustainability Prize — Call for Applications

The Zayed Sustainability Prize recognizes achievements that are driving impact, innovation and inspiration in environmental stewardship and global sustainability. The Prize is awarded across several categories: (i) Health; (ii) Food; (iii) Energy; (iv) Water; and (v) Global high schools (i.e., high schools in six world regions). The winners in each category receive US$600 thousand each. The closing date for applications and nominations is June 2025. Know more

EIT Climate-KIC — Green Business Idea Competition

ClimateLaunchpad is the world’s largest green business ideas competition. The competition invites business ideas that address climate change to support new clean-tech startups. Selected participants will take part in an idea boot camp and receive intensive coaching. The winner will receive €10 thousand, the runner-up €5 thousand. Visegrad Fund — Western Balkans Grant Program

The International Visegrad Fund calls for grant projects that will facilitate the transfer of know-how between non-governmental and civil society organizations in Visegrad countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary) and the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia). Thematic areas include environment and sustainable development, among others. The program is open to any legal entity or natural person worldwide, with preference for projects submitted by non-profit and non-governmental organizations; public educational, cultural, and research institutions; and municipalities and local governments. Water Research Foundation — Research Award

The Water Research Foundation (WRF) recognizes individuals for innovative research in water quality and the water environment. The award includes a US$100 thousand grant. The award is open to individuals from all segments of the water quality community. Self-nominations are accepted. There are no restrictions based on citizenship or nationality. Together Women Rise — Empowering Women and Girls living in Extreme Poverty

Together Women Rise (formerly Dining for Women) makes grants to non-profit organizations that support women and girls living in extreme poverty in developing countries. Thematic areas include access to clean water and sanitation, food security, and education, among other themes. Together Women Rise accepts applications in the range of US$35 thousand to $50 thousand. Eligibility extends to US 5.01(c)3 corporations or international organizations with a fiscal sponsor. The grant cycle to submit letters of intent is open from 06 May to 06 June 2025. TiE WOMEN — Support for Female Entrepreneurs

The TiE Women Program offers women founders the chance to showcase their innovative business ideas. Female-founded startups and established businesses gain visibility, network with industry leaders & investors, and access mentorship. Participants receive up to US$50 thousand equity-free cash prizes. This opportunity is open to women entrepreneurs across the globe. The application deadline is 15 June 2025. TiE Women Program

Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards — Wildlife Photography Competition

The competition celebrates the hilarity of our natural world and highlights what we need to do to protect it through funny animal pictures. The competition is open to wildlife photography novices, amateurs, and professionals. Winners receive prizes (no cash awards). The deadline for entries is 30 June 2025. Comedy Wildlife

People’s Trust for Endangered Species — Conservation Insight Grants

The PTES makes grants to scientific researchers and conservationists worldwide for work that helps preserve endangered species, either through research or applied field work. (Note: PTES no longer accepts grant applications for research and conservation of bird species.) The program offers small grants between £3 thousand and £10 thousand per year for up to two years. Funds will be awarded for work that aims to generate the scientific evidence that will facilitate the conservation of a species. PTES only accepts grant requests from applicants already working and established in either the UK, UK overseas territories or any country not classified by the World Bank as high-income.
