European Commission — Civil Society Organizations Development

The European Commission seeks to contribute to green and inclusive economic growth in the Lao PDR by reinforcing the technical capacities of local civil society organizations to promote Climate Smart Agriculture with a special focus on youth and women. Project partners should prioritize the most vulnerable segments of the populations i.e. women, urban poor, low-income households, farmers, unemployed youth etc. Applicants may request up to €1.5 million for their action plans. Eligibility extends to non-profit civil society organizations established in a Member State of the European Union or in Lao PDR. The closing date for submission of proposals is 26 October 2022.
