American Ornithological Society — Fellowships for Ornithological Research

The American Ornithological Society (AOS) announces one new fellowship of US$15 thousand for ornithological research. Ornithological research, such as avian biology, ecology, behavior, conservation, genetics, interdisciplinary work, etc. can be supported. The fellowship is open to early-career researchers. Poultry or agricultural research will not be considered. Applicants are expected to have significant involvement in an ornithological society. Applicants from developing countries without an AOS membership are expected to be an active member of an ornithological society in their country or region. Applications are due 28 April 2023.
