International Fund for Agricultural Development — Rural Sector Performance Assessment for Policy and Investment

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) invites proposals to select an organization or consortium to implement an initiative that strengthens the use of IFAD’s Rural Sector Performance Assessment for rural development policy and investment. Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, private sector companies, universities, think tanks, and research institutes. The selected recipient may receive up to US$1.2 million and must provide a counterpart contribution of at least 20% of the IFAD grant amount, or 25% for private sector institutions. Optional, non-binding expressions of interest may be submitted by 31 July 2026. The deadline for full proposals is 04 September 2026. More
