African Women in Agricultural Research and Development — Climate Action Fellowship

The AWARD Climate Action Fellowship aims to develop the leadership and technical capacities of African women in climate change adaptation. The one-year program offers leadership development, gender integration training, mentorship, and the opportunity to implement Climate Research and Innovation Projects. Eligible applicants are women from Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, or Senegal, holding at least a master’s degree in relevant fields, with a minimum of two years’ experience in climate-related work, and residing in Africa throughout the fellowship period.
