Vital Impacts — Environmental Photography Fellowships

Vital Impacts invites documentary photographers to apply for fellowships supporting long-term storytelling on environmental and conservation challenges, prioritizing photographers with established relationships to the communities or issues they document. One fellowship of US$20,000 goes to an established photographer, six of US$5,000 to emerging photographers, and ten unpaid mentorships are also awarded. Open worldwide, with strong encouragement for local photographers documenting their own communities; prior publication is not required. The deadline is 01 December 2026.
