EcoPix Conservation Photography

Grants to support small photography projects by emerging conservation photographers in the Asia-Pacific region

EcoPix is a source of publication-quality photographs on nature and conservation in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

The categories of photos include wildlife, vegetation, land form, ecology, natural resource management, ecotourism, social issues, and others.

In support of its objectives, EcoPix makes grants to support the non-equipment costs of small photography projects by emerging conservation photographers.

Grant Programs for Agriculture, Energy, Environment, Natural Resources

Grants for Photography Projects. Competitive grants are offered to emerging conservation photographers for photography in Australia and eligible Asia-Pacific countries.

There is no nationality requirement or age requirement, although EcoPix gives preference to grant requests from young and emerging photographers.

Projects normally need sponsorship by an Australian organization, a branch of a well-established international organization, or a major national conservation organization in the country concerned.

Grants are up to AU$2 thousand.

APPLICATION: EcoPix posts grant making guidelines, eligibility criteria, allowable expenditures, and an application form.

The photographer submits the application by email in English. There are no calendar deadlines.
