APPLICATION: Applicants begin by reviewing the Foundation’s guidelines and eligibility criteria before submitting a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) online. The LOI requests information about the proposed program area and target audience; measurable goals of the project; means to verify results; achievements to date; and specific capabilities of the organization to succeed in project implementation. There are no calendar deadlines for LOIs. The Foundation reviews the LOIs in order to invite some applicants to submit full proposals.
