Also known as SPLASH, the EUWI ERA-net announces a call for proposals on sustainable sanitation service chains for low-income urban areas of Sub-Saharan Africa.  Research consortiums should be transnational and include at least two African partners and one European partner.   Application deadline is 23 April 2010.
