The IDB announces the 2012 "Initiative for the Promotion of Regional Public Goods in Latin America and the Caribbean." IDB will make grants to support South-South cooperation on issues that include (among others) protecting the environment, responding to climate change, and enhancing food security. Each proposal should include institutions from at least three of IDB's member countries. Proposals (in Spanish or English) are due 29 March 2012. Link
