The UK's EPSRC and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) will support collaborative research in the field of "smart grids,' with themes that include integration of large-scale renewables. Proposals should include leading UK researchers wishing to develop contacts with leading researchers from NSFC institutes in China. The program aims to fund three or four proposals.
